Payment Information and Coaching Session Policies:
Please note: Proof of payment must be received at least 3 hours before our session begins.
Payment Types:
- I take only online payments using Zelle. My user info is: T. Brooke Meservy 541-908-0222 or brooke.meservy@gmail.com
- I can take Venmo or Paypal with the addition of a 2.8% fee per transaction. Please contact me in advance if you wish to use these services.
Coaching sessions are charged on a no-questions-asked sliding scale. $75-$150 per 60-minute session.
You may purchase 6 sessions for a reduced rate of $70-$145 per session. All 6 sessions can be paid in 1 or 2 payments.
Payment for Services
- Sessions may not occur without payment received, so it is suggested to pay 24 hours before and no later than three hours before the session to ensure payment notification is received in time.
- Sessions paid as one-off are recommended weekly or bi-monthly for best-continued connection to coaching work and progress.
- Sessions paid in 6 have a calendar year to be used. Recommended weekly or bi-monthly for best-continued connection to coaching work and progress.
Please understand that I do not give refunds.
Scheduling Sessions
- Sessions may be scheduled at the following link: https://calendly.com/isle_of_bloom You may choose to meet by Zoom, phone, or in person pending approval.
Please read this section carefully: Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- You may use the link in your Calendly email to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Sessions missed or rescheduled without 24-hour notice will be subject to a $30 fee except for 1 grace cancellation/reschedule per calendar year for an emergency.
- Multiple Cancellations Deposit: If the client cancels more than 3 sessions in a calendar year without 24 hour notice, client may be required to make a deposit when scheduling at half of the session rate. Deposit will go toward the upcoming session payment.
- Rescheduling as needed is fine as long as it is before the 24-hour period.
These policies are set to avoid excessive canceling which can happen frequently for coaching sessions when one doesn’t feel at their best. This is to support clients showing up anyway and keeping availability open for clients who need spots.
- If I must reschedule our session I will notify you and have you reschedule on my Calendly page or connect with me.
Arrival & Meeting
- Please arrive right at the time of your scheduled meeting. If you are late for a session, you will lose that portion of the session time. After 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled and billed as a late cancellation $30
- If we are scheduled for a virtual visit and the internet is down please plan on meeting over the phone or WhatsApp.
- If you normally come in person and are ill, but well enough to proceed on the phone or a confidential virtual link, just let me know which in enough advance to send you a link, or send me your preferred phone number and wait for me to call at your appointment time.
- Remember in all cases to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid the $30 fee if you think you might be too ill for a session.
